OMBUDSMAN FOR ESTATE AGENTS SURVEY RESULTS

We took part in a survey for the Ombudsman for Estate Agents. The survey results can be downloaded. It goes without saying we are extremely proud of our results.

Referenceline selects 20% of The Property Ombudsman member agents at random to be surveyed each year. Agents are provided with a pack of 20 forms to give to the last 10 buyers and sellers and the responses are sent directly to Referenceline.

We were rated on the following:

SATISFACTION – Overall Satisfaction rating out of 10.
COMPLIANCE – Individual compliance ratings.
REFERENCES – Individual ratings and original handwritten comments
